Select primary care needs and non-emergency concerns may be addressed alongside your mental health care when appropriate for telehealth.

Your physical health belongs in the conversation.

If a physical health concern comes up during your mental health visit, bring it up. We can discuss whether it can be assessed within the appointment and through telehealth, or whether another setting is more appropriate.

Support that complements your existing care.

This service accompanies mental health care. It is not a standalone primary care or urgent-care clinic, and it does not replace an established primary care provider, preventive care, or an in-person examination when one is needed.

A clear next step when video is not enough.

Some concerns need hands-on examination, testing, or a different type of appointment. We will explain when an in-person visit or another clinician is the better next step.

    Private care, close at hand.

ClearLane offers secure telehealth appointments in Arizona, Florida, Ohio, and Washington. Meet from a private space and bring a medication list, any relevant records, and the questions you want answered.

    A few questions, answered

Can I book a visit only for primary care?

This support is offered alongside mental health care. Contact the office before booking if your main reason for the appointment is a physical health concern.

Can non-emergency urgent concerns be discussed?

They can be discussed alongside mental health care when appropriate for the appointment and telehealth. Some concerns require an in-person urgent-care visit.

Does this replace my primary care provider?

No. Continue routine and preventive care with your primary care provider.

What if it is an emergency?

Call 911 or seek emergency care. Do not wait for a telehealth appointment or an office message response.
