Initial Evaluation
A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation that includes a detailed review of current symptoms, mental health history, medical history, previous treatment, medications, daily functioning, and treatment goals.
A personalized treatment plan is developed and may include medication management, psychotherapy recommendations, laboratory testing, or coordination with other healthcare professionals.
Follow-Up Visit
Follow-up visits focus on current symptoms, medication effectiveness, treatment response, side effects, daily functioning, and progress toward your treatment goals.
Medications may be continued, adjusted, changed, or gradually tapered when clinically appropriate. Additional treatment recommendations may also be discussed as your needs change.
Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy sessions provide dedicated time to address emotional concerns, coping strategies, behavioral patterns, relationship stress, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions.
Sessions may incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and practical skills-based interventions. These visits are separate from routine medication-management appointments.
