    Online panic disorder treatment

When fear of the next panic attack starts shaping your day, support can help you find a way forward. We begin by understanding the episodes and what they have changed for you.

Quiet sandy shoreline meeting a calm sea

    When panic changes your plans.

Panic can bring sudden, intense fear and physical sensations such as a racing heart, dizziness, or breathlessness. Repeated unexpected attacks and ongoing worry about another episode can be part of panic disorder.

Understand the episodes before naming them.

We ask what happens during an episode, how often it occurs, and what you have begun avoiding. We also review your health, medications, and other possible contributors. New chest pain, fainting, or severe breathing difficulty needs urgent medical assessment—not an assumption that it is panic.

    Work toward feeling less restricted.

Treatment may include psychotherapy, medication management, or both. Cognitive behavioral therapy is a well-studied approach for panic disorder. We can discuss treatment options and whether specialized therapy would be useful for you.

    Private care, close at hand.

ClearLane offers secure telehealth appointments in Arizona, Florida, Ohio, and Washington. Meet from a private space and bring a medication list, any relevant records, and the questions you want answered.

    A few questions, answered

Is every panic attack panic disorder?

No. Panic attacks can occur in different situations and conditions. An evaluation looks at the pattern, ongoing worry, and effects on daily life.

Can you help if I avoid places because of panic?

Yes. Tell us which activities or places have become difficult so we can discuss appropriate support.

Will the appointment focus only on medication?

No. We discuss your experience, preferences, and treatment options, including psychotherapy.

What if I am unsure whether symptoms are medical?

Seek urgent medical attention for new or severe physical symptoms. Telehealth is not a substitute for emergency assessment.
