More than trouble concentrating.
ADHD can affect organization, time management, follow-through, and relationships—not just attention. An evaluation looks at patterns across your life, including childhood, work, school, and home.
Anxiety, mood symptoms, poor sleep, and other health concerns can also affect concentration. We take time to understand the full picture before deciding what kind of support fits.
What happens during an online ADHD evaluation?
The initial evaluation typically lasts 30–60 minutes. Bring your medication list, any previous ADHD assessments or treatment records, and examples of difficulties at work, school, or home. We review when symptoms began, childhood and school history, sleep, mood, anxiety, medical conditions, substance use, and previous treatment. This helps distinguish ADHD from other causes of concentration difficulties.
Screening questionnaires can support the conversation, but a score alone is not a diagnosis. If additional testing or records would help clarify your needs, we explain the next steps.
ADHD treatment and medication follow-up
Care may include medication management, practical strategies for routines and organization, and psychotherapy. We discuss stimulant and nonstimulant options when appropriate. Scheduling an evaluation does not guarantee an ADHD diagnosis or a particular prescription; recommendations depend on your assessment and health history.
Follow-up is a chance to review benefit, sleep, appetite, blood pressure, side effects, and how you are functioning—not simply renew a prescription. If you are transferring care, previous records help us understand your treatment history.
Florida care, without the commute.
Appointments take place through secure telehealth while you are in Florida. Whether you are in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, elsewhere in Pinellas County, Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami, or another Florida community, you can use the same scheduling process. These are virtual appointments, not local office locations.

A few questions, answered
Can I be evaluated if I was never diagnosed as a child?
Yes. We can evaluate ADHD concerns in adulthood while exploring whether symptoms were present earlier in life and how they affect you now.
Can I continue care after changing providers?
You can schedule an evaluation to discuss ongoing care. Bring your medication list and prior records so we can review your diagnosis, response, and next steps.
Do you offer therapy as well as medication management?
ClearLane offers psychotherapy and medication management. We can discuss how these services fit your goals and appointment needs.
What does an ADHD evaluation cost?
Self-pay: $250 for the initial psychiatric evaluation and $150 for medication-management follow-up visits. New patients need an initial evaluation, including those transferring care.
Using insurance? Florida options include Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Curative, Ascension SmartHealth, Traditional (Original) Medicare, and TRICARE. Coverage and patient responsibility vary by plan. Review insurance and pricing, then select Florida and your payment option on the scheduling page.
