An evaluation focused on your needs

An emotional support animal evaluation begins with a conversation about your mental health, daily functioning, and the role your animal plays in your life. We review your concerns and relevant treatment history rather than treating a letter as the starting point.

    What to bring

Bring any housing documentation request, relevant forms, previous treatment records, and deadline details. These help clarify what is being requested and allow the visit to focus on your needs.

    ESA documentation

An ESA letter or other documentation may be provided when clinically appropriate following the evaluation. Scheduling an evaluation does not guarantee a letter; recommendations depend on the clinical assessment.
