Online kratom addiction & dependence treatment
If kratom has become harder to cut back on—or you feel unwell without it—you can talk about it here. ClearLane offers private, respectful evaluation and ongoing support for kratom-related concerns.
Start with what has changed.
You may have started using kratom for energy, discomfort, or to get through a difficult period. Care begins with what is happening now: how often you use it, the products you take, and whether it is affecting your health or daily life.
Dependence can involve withdrawal when use stops. Addiction also involves patterns such as difficulty controlling use despite harm. We explore your experience without assuming that everyone has the same needs.
An honest conversation about your use.
Bring the product name or label, the amount you usually take, and a list of other medications or substances. Tell us about extracts or 7-OH products as well as powders, capsules, or drinks.
We review cravings, attempts to cut back, sleep, mood, physical symptoms, and your goals. If you have tried stopping before, what happened is important information—not a reason to feel embarrassed.
A realistic next step.
Treatment planning may include support for reducing or stopping use, symptom management, mental health care, and ongoing follow-up. There is no FDA-approved medication specifically for kratom use disorder; any medication discussion should include the limits of the evidence.
Some people need in-person assessment or more intensive support. We help identify an appropriate level of care rather than offering a one-size-fits-all withdrawal plan.
Support that stays connected.
Kratom concerns may overlap with anxiety, sleep disruption, pain, or other substance use. We consider those concerns together and coordinate care when appropriate.

A few questions, answered
Can I ask for help before I am ready to stop?
Yes. A first appointment can focus on understanding your use, concerns, and goals. You do not need to arrive with a finished plan.
Should I bring the product label?
Yes. Product names, ingredients, amounts, and frequency help us understand your use, particularly with concentrated extracts or 7-OH products.
Is Suboxone a standard treatment for kratom dependence?
There is no FDA-approved medication specifically for kratom use disorder. Medication decisions require an individual assessment and discussion of available evidence, risks, and alternatives.
Can I receive care online?
An initial telehealth conversation can help assess your needs. Some symptoms or medical concerns require in-person care. ClearLane serves Arizona, Florida, Ohio, and Washington.
A clearer next step.
You can start with a conversation, even if you are not sure what you need yet.
