Substance Use Treatment
Substance Use Treatment is provided at an outpatient, telehealth-appropriate level. Treatment may include psychiatric care, medication management, relapse prevention planning, recovery support, and coordination with therapy, community supports, or higher levels of care when clinically appropriate.
Areas commonly addressed include:
- Alcohol use
- Cannabis use
- Stimulant use
- Opioid use
- Kratom use
- Nicotine use
- Medication-assisted treatment options when appropriate
- Cravings and relapse prevention
- Early recovery support
- Co-occurring anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or mood symptoms
- Recovery planning and accountability
- Coordination with counseling, sober supports, IOP, or community resources when applicable
Because ClearLane Behavioral Health is telehealth-based and does not provide detox, inpatient treatment, or intensive monitoring, clients who need a higher level of care may be referred to detox, residential treatment, IOP, in-person addiction services, or emergency care when clinically indicated.
Treatment is individualized and may include non-controlled and controlled medication options when appropriate, external lab monitoring when needed, and ongoing assessment of safety, relapse risk, and treatment fit.
