    Medication for opioid use disorder

    Care designed around recovery—not judgment

Opioid use disorder is a treatable medical condition. Suboxone is a brand name for buprenorphine/naloxone, a medication that can reduce withdrawal symptoms and cravings while supporting recovery. Treatment begins with an individualized clinical evaluation to determine whether outpatient telehealth care and buprenorphine are appropriate for you.

    Reduce withdrawal and cravings

Medication may help create the stability needed to focus on health, relationships, work, and recovery goals.

    Address mental health together

Anxiety, depression, trauma, sleep problems, and attention concerns may be evaluated as part of an integrated plan.

    Build a sustainable plan

Follow-up care can include medication monitoring, relapse-prevention support, safety planning, and coordination with counseling or recovery programs.

    Who may benefit

Is online Suboxone care a possible fit?

An evaluation may be appropriate if you are using opioids, experiencing cravings or withdrawal, returning to treatment, or looking for a new outpatient buprenorphine provider.

    Care may include support for:

    • Prescription opioid or fentanyl use
    • Starting buprenorphine treatment when clinically appropriate
    • Continuing established Suboxone or buprenorphine care
    • Relapse-prevention and recovery planning
    • Co-occurring psychiatric symptoms

Some situations require an in-person assessment, laboratory or toxicology testing, detoxification, emergency care, or a higher level of treatment. Recommendations are made after reviewing your needs and safety.

    Frequently asked questions

    Questions about online Suboxone treatment

Can Suboxone treatment be provided through telehealth?

Telehealth may be an option for eligible patients after an appropriate evaluation. Whether medication can be prescribed remotely depends on clinical appropriateness, safety, your location, and applicable requirements.

What is the difference between Suboxone and buprenorphine?

Buprenorphine is the active medication used to treat opioid use disorder. Suboxone is a brand-name product that combines buprenorphine with naloxone.

Will medication be prescribed at the first appointment?

Not automatically. The first visit is an evaluation. Treatment recommendations are based on your history, current symptoms, safety factors, available information, and whether outpatient care is appropriate.

Can I continue treatment if I already take Suboxone?

ClearLane can evaluate adults seeking continuation of established buprenorphine care. Please provide your medication details, pharmacy information, prior prescriber information, and relevant records when available.

Does ClearLane provide detoxification or emergency treatment?

No. ClearLane provides scheduled outpatient telehealth care and is not an emergency or detoxification service. A higher level of care may be recommended when needed.
