Online psychiatric services in Washington
Care may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, and support for substance use concerns. Common reasons people seek care include ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, panic symptoms, insomnia, shift-work sleep concerns, trauma-related symptoms, and co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions.
Medication management with ongoing follow-up
Treatment begins with a review of your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, previous treatment, current medications, daily functioning, and goals. When medication is appropriate, options, benefits, risks, monitoring, and follow-up are discussed clearly so that you can take an active role in your care.
Insurance and self-pay options
Washington insurance participation currently includes Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Regence BlueShield of Washington, Curative, and other eligible plans available through ClearLane’s scheduling partners. Coverage varies by plan and should be verified before the appointment. Self-pay appointments and a sliding-scale option may also be available.

How Washington telehealth appointments work
Appointments take place by secure video. You must be physically located in Washington during the visit and should join from a private location with a reliable internet connection. A valid photo ID is required when clinically or legally appropriate, including when controlled medications are being considered.
Start with the right visit
You do not need to know your diagnosis before scheduling. An initial evaluation can help clarify what you have been experiencing and which options may fit your needs.
Schedule an appointment or contact the office if you are unsure which booking option to choose.
