You can begin with an evaluation for anxiety, depression, ADHD concerns, bipolar symptoms, trauma-related concerns, or sleep difficulties. You do not need an existing diagnosis. Your initial evaluation typically lasts 30–60 minutes. We review your current concerns, mental health and medical history, medications, sleep, substance use, and treatment goals. Bring a medication list and any relevant prior records.
Together, we discuss a treatment plan that may include medication management, psychotherapy, or further evaluation. Follow-up visits typically last 15–30 minutes and review your response, side effects, and progress. New patients complete an initial evaluation before follow-up or psychotherapy-only visits.
