HIV Prevention (PrEP) and Care Coordination

HIV Prevention (PrEP) and Care Coordination

HIV prevention services include evaluation and ongoing management of pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for individuals at risk of HIV exposure. Care includes risk assessment, appropriate laboratory testing, medication management, and routine follow up to support safe and effective use.
Services may include:
  • Initial PrEP evaluation and eligibility assessment
  • Baseline and ongoing lab monitoring
  • Prescription and management of PrEP medications
  • Routine follow up and adherence support
  • Education on risk reduction and prevention strategies

For individuals already diagnosed with HIV, care may include medication continuation, monitoring, and coordination with infectious disease or specialty providers when appropriate.

Because ClearLane Behavioral Health is a telehealth-based practice, some services may require coordination with local labs or referral to in-person providers when clinically indicated.
