Primary Care and Wellness
Primary care and wellness visits provide telehealth support for selected nonemergency health concerns, preventive care needs, medication questions, and general health planning.
Each visit includes a review of your current concerns, medical history, medications, relevant symptoms, and overall health goals. Recommendations are individualized and may include treatment, laboratory testing, preventive guidance, or referral for in-person care when needed.
Services may include:
Health Concerns
Evaluation of selected new or ongoing nonemergency health concerns.
Medication Review
Review of current medications, treatment response, and possible side effects.
Preventive Care
Guidance related to screenings, risk reduction, and general wellness.
Laboratory Review
Review of available laboratory results and recommendations for follow-up.
Chronic Health Support
Telehealth management of selected ongoing health concerns when appropriate.
Care Coordination
Referral to specialists, urgent care, or in-person providers when needed.
Telehealth Limitations
Some medical concerns cannot be safely evaluated through telehealth and may require laboratory testing, imaging, a physical examination, urgent care, or an in-person medical visit.
This service is not intended for emergencies or symptoms requiring immediate hands-on evaluation.
The goal is to provide practical, coordinated care while helping you understand when additional testing or in-person treatment is appropriate.
